Single Unit - $550.33 per fortnight.  This amount is calculated at 85% of the Single Aged Pension per fortnight ($446.33) + 100% of the Gov. Rent Assistance which is $104.00.

Double Unit - $755.95 per fortnight.  This amount is calculated at 75% of the Couple Aged Pension per fortnight ($657.75) + 100% of the Gov. Rent Assistance which is $98.20.
